Thereafter pursued PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management)from NERIM Guwahati and MBA (Master in Business Administration) from Dibrugarh University with specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. Pursuing PhD from Dibrugarh University. Has almost 7 years of corporate work experience in various administrative and managerial post. Worked as Centre Head of Aptech and Tata Infotech and Sales manager of Bajaj Allianz Life insurance private limited. Has served as part time faculty of NIS Academy Dibrugarh prior to joining as Assistant Prof. of Centre for Management Studies, Dibrugarh University in 2009. till 2018. Is a member of the executive and core committee of Prasanti Divine Valley School, Hatimura, Dibrugarh. Member of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM). Has Attended various national and international conferences as participant, paper presentator and rapporteur and has few published articles in national journals. Has acted as resource person in Personality development, Stress management and other human related issues in various workshops and organizations.
